Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by:

• Emailing us at cacheheavy@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, or
• Submitting a request through your account at https://shopify.com/110145732957/account

We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email.

Returning your items

After notifying us, you must return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

We will refund the full price of the items, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
