Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

How to submit a withdrawal request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email before the withdrawal period expires:

Please include the following in your email:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or cancel
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your order

What happens next

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items.

For fulfilled orders, please return the items to us. For unfulfilled orders, we will cancel and refund your order promptly.
